Shop Protocols and how we are moving Forwards!

We are classified as an essential business, so will be staying Open, and from correspondence from our suppliers envisage no problem in getting stock for you all, but being a family business if any of us become ill, that will be a problem, so have put protocols in place to help ensure that no -one is caused any ill health through continuing to use our business for their animals.
We are now closing our doors to anyone coming into the shop for browsing. We have set up our new premises to enable us to operate as a trade counter and do click + collect, so you can see a lot from the counter, and we can show you products and discuss anything needed from the other side of the perspex barrier at the counter.
If there are any items you decide you need once you get to us we can find them in the shop for you and you can pay via the card machine, which we will be cleaning down in between customers.
For Shop Collections during the Covid19 restriction period:
If you can order online, please do this, and let us know when you are outside so we can get your order out for you.
If you are isolating we are happy to put your order in your car boot for you.
Please state in the Customer Notes section of your order which day you would like to collect, and allow at least 2hrs of our work time before collection.
If you cannot place your order through the website please bring a list for us and we will pick it for you. This is no problem but does mean you will have to wait and then pay via the card machine so will have to touch it.
At the moment our shop hours remain the same, we will let you know if this changes.
At the moment Deliveries remain unchanged, and we will add in any local deliveries to whichever run the postcode is listed under - if you cannot find your postcode please ask us. If you need your order before the run your postcode is listed under, please contact us, as sometimes there may be another route we can divert for you.
Our delivery drivers have sanitiser and gloves and will ask for a signature for receipt of the right number of box's if someone is home, but if no-one is home, they'll take a pic of your order where left showing what has been left.
We appreciate this is going to be frustrating for some, unfortunately we have vulnerable staff members, and as a family business cannot afford for any of us to get ill or be requested to shut down for 14 days as then we will not be able to be open to serve anyone, so this is the safest and best way to try to ensure we are able to be here for our customers during this difficult time.
